Is your favorite theater not yet a partner theater?

No problem—you can still watch the movie at the theater of your choice! It’s easy: Buy your ticket at a non-partner theater. Then, upload photos of your ticket and the voucher code to the website www.filmgutscheine.de. Enter your bank information, and we’ll transfer the ticket price you paid to you. The refund request must be submitted no later than 4 weeks after the expiration date and is only possible if you visit a theater that is not a partner theater.
